Our Crema baristas pride themselves in their quality of work, passion for great coffee and genuine personalities. While all of our baristas possess extensive experience, each has their own unique interests, skills and style. Crema caters to the traditional coffee purist, the sweet tooth enthusiast and everyone in between.

Jeremy:  The brains behind the beans. Jeremy has managed Crema from the first day of business, always striving to serve you the best coffee. He is a coffee expert with a knack for top-notch customer service and will not rest until you are happy with your Crema experience. He loves to talk coffee and share his knowledge with you, so don't hesitate to share your opinions or questions with him! Jared: Our resident latte artist! Jared takes great pride in jump starting everyone’s day with a nice 'cup of joe'. He says "working at Crema is a very rewarding job. I get the chance to interact and meet so many people." Jared can make almost anything come to life in a coffee cup but dragons are his specialty. He is currently studying at Lane and is fluent in American sign language.
Okon: The Roaster! Okon began his coffee career as a home roaster and has grown to appreciate the culture that coffee provides. He strives to become more involved in the coffee trade from their origins.When not working at Crema, he likes to experiment with different flavors. Look for some of his roasts to appear as our Featured Roaster. Cash: A 19 year veteran of the specialty coffee industry, Cash loves people and all things coffee. He is the inventor of the "shaker extraction" brewing method which you can read about on his blog. As a former professional BMX bicycle stunt performer, Cash can be found doing tricks on his BMX bike when not working.
